How Relevant Are Job Boards?

About six seeks ago, iMedia asked me to write a piece for them on job boards. Are they even relevant? Although the boards are not high on my list, they do account for a little somethin’ somethin’ and I do think they should be part of your strategy. The question is – do you go big or small?
