How does a creative TEAM, a strategy team and a marketing team all agree that this ad was a good idea? This is not 1 person making a "mistake." This is a GROUP of people completely oblivious or completely racist. I'm not sure which reasoning is scarier.

#resumetips : Don't assume everyone knows what your company is all about - especially if it's a tech play. For each company you have worked, provide a 1 line description of the particular line of business you worked on. It helps the reader to have context.
